So What’s New
I am throwing caution to the wind here and hoping you will find this new section, FoodStack Kitchen, sitting comfortably within the FoodStack Library publication, to your liking. Rather than set up a new publication on Substack, I thought I would see how creating a ‘section’ within the FoodStack Library would work. And it’s all free, at least while I am running things.
If I have done things correctly, everyone who is currently subscribed to FoodStack Library will have also been added to this new section; if not, feel free to subscribe, where you will receive an additional newsletter for my (Lynn Hill’s) recipes. Some are already published but unseen within the FoodStack Library, but I will eventually move them over to this new section once I have re-edited them.
You can unsubscribe separately via the Notifications section of your profile, where it says, ‘Manage Subscriptions’, from this section at any time without unsubscribing from FoodStack Library.
Keeping Going.
I love trying new things, and I never stop learning as much as possible about the things that interest me the most. One of which is testing and trying new recipes and improving my cooking and baking skills.
Later this year, 2025, I will once again be going to Bettys Cookery school to learn about Viennoiserie and other delicious pastries, which I will write about in FoodStack Kitchen and, where possible, include a recipe—the kind they serve in their shops and tearooms in Yorkshire. I am so lucky in that the cookery school is just 45 minutes drive from my home. I’ve been attending the school for many years and have learned so much.
A Potential Exit Plan!
I have always had an exit plan for all my websites and publications, and FoodStack Library is no exception. At the moment, this is my hobby, which keeps my brain active. But one day, I may choose to hand the whole thing over to someone else for them to continue the journey. When or if that time ever comes, I’ll keep you posted.
Not Yet, Not Yet.
But before I start thinking about that, and with the help and support of the whole FSL community, I want to fill FoodStack Library and FoodStack Kitchen, with as many interesting posts and recipes as possible.
As always, thank you for your support.
Lynn H.
