The old-school mashers (and why are there so few deep drawers in most kitchens?)! I will die on that hill.

Love the creating memories angle to this, and the message to chill out. Your skin on approach made me smile, really important to keep the fibre where we can. Going to try Boursin in mash, great top tip. Also loved the look of the roast veg with polenta.
