Introducing Other People's Bookshelves

There is no doubt that ‘Other People’s Kitchens Q&A with ….’ has proven to be very popular with our readers.

After posting a ‘Note’ on substack back in November, asking people to tell me about their favourite cookbooks and including a picture of my bookshelves,

I was looking for both the ones I own and the ones I should own. Like looking through a record collection.

It was all the inspiration I needed to extend the Q&A series with Bookshelves. So, I called out to all food writers in the FoodStack Library, inviting as many people as possible to be featured in this new series. My mailbox began to fill up with some amazing requests and responses that, I have had to curb my enthusiasm for buying more books.

January 2025

1st of January will see the first post for the ‘Other People’s Bookshelves Q&A with …’ and will intertwine with the continuing series ‘Other People's Kitchen' each Wednesday. They will be in no particular order, just published as and when they arrive.

Be part of this Q&A Series.

If you are a food writer on substack and would like to be featured in either of these Q&A Series, first, ( if you haven’t already done so) please complete this form to get yourself on the ‘List Of Food Writers.’ It’s voluntary but a great list to be part of, and you will also be included in a private ‘Food Writers Forum’ group.
